  Dr. Lee M. Mandel, MD, FACS, is an experienced Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon, and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who has decades of experience in his chosen field of specialization.

He also is the founder of the South Florida Sinus and Allergy Center, where he uses the most advanced medical treatments to diagnose and treat various sinus- and allergy-related problems. He has successfully treated thousands of satisfied patients in the course of his career.

He is also the first physician certified to perform the minimally invasive “Balloon Sinuplasty” for the treatment of sinus disorders; and is the instructor, lecturer and leader in minimally invasive surgical techniques for the treatment of sinus and nasal disorders.

Dr. Mandel has earned numerous awards and distinctions, and is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, having completed a prestigious fellowship under the tutelage of Dr. Ferdinand F. Becker.

Dr. Mandel is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has held posts as a member of the Young Physicians Committee of American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Head and Neck Trauma Committee delegate at Memorial Regional Hospital, Chief of Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery at Park Creek Surgery Center, Chief of Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery at Weston Outpatient Surgery Center, Official Sinus and Allergy Specialist and Official Facial Reconstructive Surgeon for the Florida Panthers’ NHL hockey learn, and Official Professional Voice Consultant for the BankAtlantic Center.

A talented and dedicated individual, Dr. Mandel graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida, with acceptance into Phi Beta Kappa his junior year. Dr. Mandel also graduated top five in his medical school class, being accepted into Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society a year early and being named as president of that prestigious organization.

Dr. Mandel completed his residency training at the world-famous Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

He currently treats patients at the South Florida Sinus and Allergy Center, which has set standards for the care and treatment of sinus and allergy disorders. He employs the knowledge of Mount Sinai Medical Center to afford you the kind of university-level care you deserve.
